The Springfield City School District is on the move! As a contracted employee, this position is assigned to work 183 days per year and 7.25 hours per day. Starting salary is $43,816.00 in accordance with the negotiated agreement, increases with experience and education. Salary details available below in the Springfield Education Association (SEA) negotiated agreement:
Springfield Education Association (SEA) In the 2024-25 school year Springfield was able to offer a $1,600.00 longevity bonus to all employees in addition to an annual attendance bonus of potentially $1,100.00.
