Experienced working with power distribution, backup power generation, cooling infrastructure, and building management systems within live critical environments. Strong understanding of operational procedures, maintenance execution, incident response, and infrastructure reliability.

• Operation and monitoring of critical electrical infrastructure including UPS systems, switch gear, generators, ATS/STS equipment, PDUs, and electrical distribution systems
• Operation and maintenance of critical mechanical systems including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, valves, and chilled water systems
• Experience working with BMS, EPMS, SCADA, leak detection, and life safety systems
• Execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities within live mission critical environments
• Strong knowledge of MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs with experience executing procedures safely and effectively
• Advanced troubleshooting and fault-finding across electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure
• Support of incident response activities, root cause investigations, and reliability improvement initiatives
• Coordination of contractors, OEM vendors, and specialist service providers
• Maintenance of operational documentation, maintenance records, shift logs, and compliance reporting
