Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Senior Manufacturing Engineer Details:
- Direct hire position
- $ to $ / annually
- Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Responsibilities:
- Lead capital equipment installation and relocation projects.
- Manage contractors, project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
- Develop scopes of work (SOWs) and oversee equipment installations.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and continuous process improvements.
- Utilize AutoCAD for equipment layouts and engineering projects.
Schedule & Travel:
- Standard schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Up to 50% travel throughout North America.
- Travel is primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work based on project needs.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience leading capital equipment installation projects.
- Experience managing contractors, project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work (SOWs).
- Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, including contractor safety. Proficiency with AutoCAD (3D CAD is a plus).
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
