Senior Manufacturing Engineer Details:

• Direct hire position
• $ to $ / annually
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Responsibilities:

• Lead capital equipment installation and relocation projects.
• Manage contractors, project schedules, budgets, and safety compliance.
• Develop scopes of work (SOWs) and oversee equipment installations.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and continuous process improvements.
• Utilize AutoCAD for equipment layouts and engineering projects.

Schedule & Travel:

• Standard schedule: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Up to 50% travel throughout North America.
• Travel is primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work based on project needs.

Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience leading capital equipment installation projects.
• Experience managing contractors, project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work (SOWs).
• Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards, including contractor safety. Proficiency with AutoCAD (3D CAD is a plus).
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
