Location: Springfield, OH (schools are across central and southwest Ohio)
Position: Music Education Specialist (Outside Sales)
Territory: Central & Southwest Ohio
Starting Pay: base salary + uncapped commission (between $55,000 - $85,000+/yr)
Most reps fall within this range, with additional upside for top performers who focus on building strong middle school programs and growing long-term relationships, not one-time sales.

You’ll spend your time in schools, working directly with directors, students, and parents.
What You’ll Do- Visit band and orchestra programs across your territory
- Build strong relationships with music educators
- Help run instrument fittings and parent/rental nights
- Guide students into the right instruments
- Support step-up and upgrade conversations
- Coordinate repairs and solve problems quickly
- Maintain and grow existing school partnerships
- Prospect and add new school accounts
When something breaks or goes wrong,
you’re the person they call — and you make it right.
A great Music Education Specialist:
