Position Overview

As a Full Time Teller within PNC's retail branch organization, you will be based in Springfield, Ohio at the Springfield East Branch. PNC values an inclusive workplace where employees contribute to success.

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives.
• Identifies banking opportunities and makes appropriate referrals.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations.
• Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Base Salary: $30,000.00 – $50,000.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
