Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking a dedicated PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our in‑house rehabilitation team. • Conduct assessments and provide high‑quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

• Current Ohio SLP license and CCC certification
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred but not required
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working PRN hours
