Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehab team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment where quality care and teamwork truly matter.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments as directed by the supervising OT
• Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic activities and safety

• Current COTA license in good standing
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
