Aventura at Oakwood Village is looking for an energetic and compassionate PRN COTA to join our rehab team in Springfield, Ohio. • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Help residents improve independence and daily functional abilities
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent patient care
• Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards

• Current Ohio COTA license
• SNF/LTC experience preferred but not required
• Net Health experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused approach
