Behavior Technician; BT​/Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Trumpet Behavioral Health (a Blue Sprig company) seeks driven individuals to work with children with autism spectrum disorder. No direct experience needed; we provide comprehensive training, onboarding, and support. Positions include Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in center‑based or home‑based settings (paid training provided)
• Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self‑help skills in individual or small‑group settings
• Collect data to monitor progress of children we support
• Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards set by the Blue Sprig clinical team
• Communicate clearly and effectively – both orally and written – with clients, families, and colleagues
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge

• Availability:
  Monday – Friday, 8:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT
• Compensation:
  Once training completed, $17 per billable client hour; $14 per non‑billable hour for BT training and admin time
