DaVita is looking for a Registered Dietitian (RD) to help educate our patients and their families in the Huber Heights and Springfield, OH area.

• Analyze lab-work results to educate patients and their families on what to eat based on their individualized needs and care.
• Evaluate comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments consistent with CMS regulations.
• Assess ongoing nutritional status to determine appropriate nutrition interventions and recommendations.

• State licensure as required by the State of Ohio.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area required.
• 1 year of Clinical Dietitian experience required.
• Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday (8am-5pm) – no weekends or holidays. This position will be 30 hours per week.
• Comfortable working between two clinical locations in Huber Heights and Springfield, OH – mileage compensation provided.
• Comfortable traveling within the Greater Dayton area when needed to help support the Dietitian team.
• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
