* This is a PT night shift position 8pm-8am and will require DRIVING to patients within the Dayton/Springfield area
* This position will provide 1:1 with the patient at the bedside for patients that are actively declining
As a Hospice Crisis Care LPN you will provide care for patients in families in homes/facilities, under the direction and supervision of an RN.
Qualifications for the Hospice Crisis Care LPN:
* Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
* One year of nursing experience preferred.
* CPR Certified.
* Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
* Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
* Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
* State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check
* Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
