, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, assisting occupational therapists in helping patients develop and maintain the skills necessary for daily living.

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care, including transfer and ambulation assistance, basic exercises and activities, and use of adaptive equipment
• Assist patients with daily living skills, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with occupational therapists to design and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Participate in patient education and training
• Support a positive and inclusive environment for patients, families, and staff

• Certification as a Certified Occupational Assistant (COTA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 minimum years of experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and ambulate patients as needed
