Position:
Substance Use Disorder Therapist / Mental Health Clinician Licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT (required or strongly preferred)
Pay: $60K – $75K/annually

We are seeking Substance Use Disorder clinicians who are passionate about treating addiction and co-occurring disorders and who understand that meaningful recovery extends beyond therapy sessions into environment, connection, and continuity of care.

As Clinician, you play a critical role in shaping recovery experience and maintaining clinical quality. You will:
Deliver Evidence-Based SUD Treatment Facilitate individual and group therapy addressing substance use disorders, relapse prevention, recovery skills, and co-occurring mental health conditions
Utilize trauma-informed, person-centered, and recovery-oriented approaches
Collaborate Across Disciplines Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
Provide family counseling and education to support sustained recovery
Ensure Continuity of Care Maintain consistent communication with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners
Support discharge planning and long-term recovery outcomes
Maintain Clinical & Regulatory Excellence Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid, and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards
Complete timely, accurate, and clinically sound documentation
What We’re Looking For Education & Licensure Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field with active LSW and documented group therapy experience ORMaster’s degree in Social Work or Counseling Required / Preferred LicensureLCDC I, LCDC II, or LCDC III Additional acceptable licenses include: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFTAdditional Qualifications Current, unencumbered Ohio clinical license
Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older
