**** Ethan Crossing of Springfield
** is currently seeking experienced intake coordinators to work in a residential treatment center for Substance Use Disorders (SUD), providing care and treatment to clients. Previous experience working with SUD patients is strongly preferred.
** Pay Rate: $22 - $28/ hour
**** Must be a LPN
**** Day shift positions available.
**** Duties
* * may include:
* Coordinating high volume of inquiries, scheduling, follow-up, tracking, assessment, and admissions.
* Conducting interviews and assess for appropriate levels of care.
* Updating bed boards, assessment boards, and other information stations.
* Verifying insurance.
** Prerequisites
* * for this position:
* Positive Attitude!
* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
* Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.
* Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other staff.
* Self-directed and highly motivated.
* Customer Service Attitude and ability to communicate effectively.
* BS/BA in a Behavioral Health field
* Basic computer literacy, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
** Preferred
* * experience or credentials:
* Experience with use of a multi-line phone system.
* Experience in SUD assessment and/or treatment.
* At least one (1) year of previous experience in a residential treatment center for substance use disorders.
