Intake Coordinator

Shift: 3 12‑hour shifts with an every other weekend rotation.

Hours:

7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• Provides clerical support to the Assessment and Referral Department.
• Maintains documents necessary for admissions.
• Inventories patient belongings.
• Processes consent forms and admission documentation.
• Provides assistance to other units as necessary.
• Communicates with families, patients, or referral sources as needed.
• Handles incoming referral calls from potential clients.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Preferred certifications: STNA, MHT, BHT, LPN.
• Medical reception experience preferred.
• Intake specialist experience preferred.
