REHAB STRATEGIES is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. The successful candidate will support occupational therapists in implementing individualized care plans to help patients regain independence across home health, acute care, SNF, and outpatient settings.
You will document progress, educate patients and families on exercises, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to adjust plans as needed, while maintaining safety and quality of care.
