Job Summary

Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Home Health care is sought for a position located in Springfield, Ohio. The role involves providing outpatient and post‐acute home care services to patients across primary service areas including Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison County. The therapist will evaluate and treat an average of eight patients per day, focusing on outpatient and home‐based rehabilitation.

• Required Qualifications:
  
  BLS (AHA); minimum 1 year of experience in Occupational Therapy;
  Ohio license to submit; ability to wait for license approval.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (AHA) required.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience in Home Health.
• Additional Information:
  Must have Home Health experience and Home Care Home‑Based experience.
• Charting System:
  Other computerized systems not listed.
• Dress Code:
  Any color scrubs or business casual.
• Cancellation Policy:
  Up to 4 shifts can be canceled per 13‑week assignment, or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.

• Providing therapy services to post‑acute patients in their homes.
• Managing own schedule with the ability to move visits around.
• Supervision of Rehab Aides/COTAs as needed.
• Position does not require weekend or holiday work.
