Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapists with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Springfield, Ohio and the surrounding areas.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
• CPR Certified or ability to obtain.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with Computer Charting.
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• $1,620 - $1,804 per week.
• 13-week contract.
