Surg Tech CVOR – Travel Job

Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist

Join our team at Jackson Health Pros as a Certified CVOR Surgical Technologist where you'll function as a member of a cardiac team, expertly assisting physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. You'll ensure the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
• BLS Certification
• 2 years' experience as a certified CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• CST required
• 30 minute response time

Assignment Details

• 8 or 10 hour shifts
• Heart call required, with 10-15 calls in a 6 week period
• Will float to main OR if no hearts or vascular cases
