8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating weekends and holidays
- Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1 year of relevant experience
- ability to work in various home health environments
- no formal education degree required
- Prior experience in home health care settings and familiarity with electronic charting systems
Candidates will undergo a two-week orientation with a preceptor to ensure smooth integration into the clinical team. Candidates should be comfortable working with homebound patients and managing a caseload of approximately 6.5 patients per day. A phone and tablet will be provided for documentation and communication purposes. The organization permits up to four shift cancellations within a 13-week assignment period.
