TAG Med Staffing is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Springfield, OH for our client, providing occupational therapy and rehabilitation services within a private outpatient practice. This role will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and monitor progress to improve functional independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities. The ideal candidate is a licensed Occupational Therapist with strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, patient care, and communication skills, with new graduates encouraged to apply.

• Patient Evaluation: Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess functional abilities, mobility, coordination, and rehabilitation needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and functional needs.
• Therapy Delivery: Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence with daily activities.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans as appropriate, and support achievement of rehabilitation goals.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and other required clinical documentation.

  Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies, home programs, adaptive techniques, and approaches that support continued progress.

• Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent degree from an accredited occupational therapy program is required.
• Licensure: Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Ohio licensure is required.
• Certification: NBCOT certification is required.
• Experience: 1+ year of occupational therapy, rehabilitation, or related clinical experience is preferred, with new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, rehabilitation, functional mobility, activities of daily living, and evidence-based clinical practices is required.
