What You’ll Do
  • Lead full‑cycle recruiting across multiple departments, from sourcing to offer
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and guide them through best‑practice hiring
  • Create a welcoming, high‑quality candidate experience that reflects the organization’s values
  • Develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and outreach initiatives – be the face of the organization at outreach events
