Supply Chain Manager

- MBA or Masters in Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Engineering
- 8 years’ experience in supplier management or procurement role
- 3 years of manufacturing sourcing experience
- Expert knowledge of machining capital equipment for the production of precision parts
- Develop global supply partners, new and existing and strategies
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Lean manufacturing principles and implementation, and root cause corrective action
- Experience producing ‘copy-exact parts’
- Advanced material expertise
- Must have project management, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and successful project delivery
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Product Support
- Travel domestically and internationally as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
