The role involves working closely with Engineering teams to translate designs into production. Candidates should have strong mechanical skills, experience with hand tools and precision measuring equipment, and at least 2 years in fabrication or manufacturing. A High School Diploma is required, and a Secret Security Clearance may be necessary.
