JOB TITLE: FICEP Machine Operator/Processor
-CNC Punch Line Operator

SUPERVISED BY: Corporate Processing Manager

Provides the setup, operation and maintenance of the Ficep HP16T4. Plans for the efficient operation of the Ficep and works with the Ficep Programmer to coordinate the Ficep production in an efficient manner. Ability to fulfill general Warehouse and Processor duties as assigned or needed.

• Measures stock length.
• Load and unload material from machine.
• Package completed jobs for shipment.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklift, warehousing, sheering, and sawing.
• Load, edit, nest, and delete simple programs.
• Measure parts with tape, calipers, mics, radius gauges, square and protractor.
• Read prints or digital files to insure part conforms to customer s design.
• Adjust parameters and tooling to insure optimal edge quality.
• Properly and accurately fill out inspection and daily FICEP log.
• General maintenance and cleaning of Ficep as assigned.
• Put away all drops daily.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work area.
• Organization, and maintain organization of punch tooling.
• Properly identify and process paperwork necessary for material handling and production recording in metalware.
• Perform Machine changeover Setup for processing angles flat and channel.
• Good attendance is an essential function of this job.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Machine Operator s Experience Preferred.
• CNC Experience Preferred.

• Computer literate.
• Familiarity with CNC touch screen controls.
• Production processing experience.
• Ability to read complex 3D drawings.
• Familiarity with stamping and punch tooling.
