Komline‑Fluid Quip is looking for a welder to join the team! This role is responsible for welding and fabrication of large‑scale industrial equipment using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. The Welder will follow specifications, drawings, and quality standards to support production, repair, and custom fabrication.

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on stainless steel, and other alloys as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, schematics, and work instructions
• Set up welding equipment, select proper filler materials, and adjust settings for material type and thickness
• Prepare materials for welding including cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fixturing
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
• Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, rollers, and press break machines
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and shop standards
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross‑functional departments to meet customer demands
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to welding/fabrication area

• High school diploma and 3+ years of welding experience
• Technical certification a plus
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes
• Ability to weld in multiple positions working with fabricated assemblies
• Knowledge of weld symbols and basic metallurgy
• Ability to use measuring tools accurately (tape measure, calipers, squares)
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity for precision welding work
