Position Overview
Full‑time Maintenance Technician. Works Monday through Friday with overtime—including weekends—when necessary.
Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs; respond quickly to system and equipment failures.
- Diagnose faults and plan appropriate actions.
- Adhere to machine call schedules, communicating with machine operators and teams.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately according to company guidelines.
- Follow up on work orders to ensure proper performance.
- Understand principles of power transmission systems, gearboxes, conveyor systems, and welding processes.
- Recognize common defects of bearings, drive belts, gaskets, and seals.
- Use maintenance software effectively.
- Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude.
- Comply with all company policies, safety, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including after‑hours or off‑shift work, to support production.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to complete assignments independently.
- Willing and able to work up to 12‑hour overtime shifts.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
- Language:
Able to read and follow factory master instructions. - Mathematical:
Able to read measuring instruments accurately and calculate figures such as percentages and rates. - Reasoning:
Apply common sense to execute instructions in written, oral, or graphic form and solve concrete variable problems. - Technical:
Working knowledge of equipment design, production layouts and specifications, product quality standards, and quality processes. - Certificates:
May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.
