Stacker Operator
$16.63/hr., Full‑time, Sunday evening thru Friday morning with overtime required when necessary, including some weekends. This is an entry‑level hourly position with growth potential! You will be responsible for all activities associated with stacking sheets from the corrugator: setup, operation, clean‑up, quality checks and recommending improvements to operations.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a state‑of‑the‑art, fast‑paced environment
- Work at a fast‑pace set by the machine operator in order to adhere to the production schedule
- Set‑up bundler, hold down arm, load former, and delivery end of machine accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques
- Secure proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags from production runs
- Ensure correct bundle and unit counts
- Stack finished boxes in accordance with the factory master
- Monitor board quality for any defects and report problems to the operator
- Complete all necessary reporting in an accurate and timely manner
- Willingness to move up the line of progression and cross‑train on other machines
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintain good housekeeping

Able to read and follow instructions on factory masters.
Mathematical SkillsAble to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy; calculate figures such as percentages, measurement, volume and rate; apply concepts of high school math.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or graphic form; deal with problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations.
Technical Skills- Knowledge of equipment design and capabilities that can be translated into efficient operation
- Understanding of product layouts and production specifications
- Familiarity with product quality specifications
- Adherence to quality standards
May be required to maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License.
Physical DemandsRegularly required to stand, walk, use hands; lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds; specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentRegular exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and/or humid conditions, occasional high places, fumes, vibration, and loud noise.
