We are hiring Production Workers for 1st and 2nd shift to support our operations. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for producing high-quality products in a safe and fast-paced environment. • Stand for long periods trimming head of lettuce, loading the line, watching for foreign objects in the salad, maintaining floors swept and clear of debris, adding color and operating the Bin Dumper.
• Be flexible to work in assigned area of the day.
• Have general understanding of plant operations and various departments.
• Be a self-starter and possess initiative.
• Learn new assignments.
• Adhere to all policies, practices, and SOPs related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF).
• Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system during organizational changes.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Pack the correct number of bags per box.
• Check bag codes and expiration dates.
• Inspect bags for defects such as wrinkles, product in seal, open bags, under/overweight.
• Check for any foreign objects and missing/broken Master packs.
• Rework bags of salads and stack boxes of salads on skids.
• Be present at work on time, follow directions and interact well with co-workers.

• Read and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends as required.

• Work in cold temperatures (32‑35 °F).
• Follow PPE protocol (hairnet, hard hat, gloves, smock/safety vest).
• No jewelry (earrings, necklaces, rings, watches) on production floors.
• Stand, walk, climb, and work in confined or awkward spaces for extended periods.
• Maneuver around equipment, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work in cold environment (~35 °F on plant floor).

• 4‑day / 10‑hour work schedule
• Saturdays may be scheduled as a 12‑hour shift based on production needs

1st Shift – $17.06/hour

• Trim: 5:45 AM – 3:45 PM (Mondays 5:00 AM start)
• Packaging: 5:20 AM – 4:30 PM (Mondays 5:35 AM start)

2nd Shift – $17.51/hour

• Trim: 3:30 PM – until production is finished
• Packaging: 4:15 PM – until production is finished

• High School Diploma required.
