CNC Machinist

Shifts Available:2nd, & 3rd
** Pay Rate: $21-29/hr Shift Differential: $1/hr for 2nd and 3rd Shift Additional Pay:
Combo Rate Pay Make up to 25% more of base pay for running 2+ Machines simultaneously

Job Description:

Setup and oversee operation of CNC machinery to produce parts for the aerospace industry

Work on CNC Lathes, CNC Gap Lathes, Millturns, CNC Mills (3-5 axis), CNC Bridge Mills, CNC Boring Mills Read and understand setup sheets, blueprints, and shop drawings

Load programs into machine; make necessary edits and adjustments according to specifications

Select tooling and set into machine

Perform quality checks on finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measurement devices

Run multiple machines simultaneously

Follow all company safety standards

Other duties as assigned

You should be proficient in:

GD&TG-CodeM-Code Machine Setups for Production Runs Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use:

CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Mazak, Dmg Mori Seiki)
CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Dmg Mori Seiki)
Calipers and Micrometers Measurement Gauges

CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Mazak, Dmg Mori Seiki)
CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Mazak, Dmg Mori Seiki)
