A leading aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment in a fast‑paced production environment.

1st Shift

Monday - Friday

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and facility equipment to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair situations
  • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders
  • Replace defective components and perform equipment adjustments
  • Perform basic machining and fabrication tasks as needed
  • Maintain facility systems and equipment
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling equipment
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment concerns
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems
  • Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • HVAC experience preferred
  • Vacuum furnace experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Completion of a maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience preferred
  • Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform maintenance activities throughout the shift
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to meet applicable security screening requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
