Assembly Worker (Mechanical & Electrical) – Manufacturing

Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mon to Thursday

We are hiring dependable Assembly Workers for a global manufacturing company. This role involves mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and light electrical wiring
, making it ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail and hands‑on experience.

This is a full‑time, fast‑paced production position requiring teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to quality.

• Perform mechanical assembly of components and finished products
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Complete basic electrical wiring tasks as part of the assembly process
• Work with hand tools and equipment to assemble parts accurately
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a consistent workflow to meet production goals
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

• Previous mechanical assembly experience required
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Experience with or willingness to learn basic electrical wiring
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent attendance and reliability
