Press Stacker

Location: Springfield, OH
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Multiple shifts

Stacker Operators perform a variety of testing, documenting, and reporting on products within the manufacturing job site.

In this role, you will partner closely with our customers to identify, contain, and help improve quality issues in the most efficient way possible.

• Arrive each day on time
• Communicate with leadership quickly and effectively
• Safely produce and/or assemble product by following written job instructions and in accordance to training and instruction at various processes.
• Primarily inspect and stack parts at end of line to ensure productivity, quality and quantity.
• Operation Standard consists of inspecting, stacking, packing, labeling and die change support
• Other tasks such as Sort & 1st Mass Production inspector
• Physical requirements are standing extended periods of time in one spot, squatting, lifting up to 35lbs., pushing, pulling, reaching (above head & below waist).
• Check fixture, Gage & Press training completed and followed.
• Can catch mistakes and defects before large volumes are produced
• Set up and breakdown bolster according to procedures
