Role OverviewResponsible for final circuit board preparation and coating process.
Key Responsibilities- Perform final assembly requirements on customer products.
- Install various types of hardware, adhesives and other items per manufacturing instructions.
- Follow requirements for set‑up, 1st piece inspection and in‑process audits.
- Demonstrate proper handling precautions when working with process chemicals and materials.
- Prep/unprep basic components from steps in manufacturing instructions.
- Identify different types of RTVs/conformal coatings and mark storage containers properly.
- Review shelf life and pot life requirements of adhesives and conformal coatings prior to usage.
- Operate and verify torque of torque wrenches.
- Follow labeling and stamping requirements for various customer products.
- Follow procedures for prep and unprep component masking materials in manufacturing instructions.
- De‑panel boards from panel with PCB separator or router.
- Demonstrate proper techniques in operating manual tape dispensers, brushes, hot‑melt glue guns, air‑powered dispensers, syringes to dispense RTVs, epoxies, spot mask or other adhesives.
- Follow applicable customer’s coating requirements in performing inspections and touch‑up of conformal coatings per manufacturing instructions.

PhysicalDemands & Work Environment
Light work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Frequently stoop, reach, push, lift, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions 60–90% of the time. Constantly walk, finger, grasp, feel 90–100% of the time.
Math ability:
Calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
Visual acuity:
Close visual acuity required for machine operation, visual inspection, using measurement devices, and assembly of parts at close distances. Ability or increased ability to see color or perceive color differences under normal lighting conditions.
Work environment:
Inside environmental conditions with noise levels requiring increased volume to be heard. Subjected to odors 90–100% of the time and required to wear a full‑face respirator, gloves and apron. Protection from weather conditions but not room temperature changes.
Safety is a core responsibility:
Perform all duties in accordance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and established procedures. Wear required PPE, participate in safety training, immediately report unsafe conditions, and stop work when unsafe conditions exist.
Position requires use of information subject to ITAR. All applicants must be U.S. persons. Must be a U.S. citizen. Position is 100% onsite in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. Overtime may be required as needed.
