Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Location: Springfield, OH

Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We’re hiring an Assembler to join our team. Your responsibilities will include assembling, grinding, packing, and operating basic manufacturing equipment while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assemble components with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate basic manufacturing and shop equipment.
• Perform tasks such as grinding, packing, and machine operation.
• Maintain and use mills and lathes (experience with these tools is a strong plus).
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Assembly or warehouse experience is a bonus.
• Can follow instructions and stay focused.
• Uses tools and equipment safely.
• Can put together, pack, and label products.
• Inspects for quality and flags issues quickly.
• Keeps work areas safe and organized.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Shows up on time and ready to work.
• Works well in a team to hit daily goals.
