Project Manager - CTO - REMOTE

The Project Manager will oversee the entire crane project, ensuring it stays within budget, scope, and timeline while maintaining customer satisfaction. The Project Manager serves as the primary interface with the customer during project execution.

• Organize and lead Internal and External Kick‑off Meetings
• Maintain and distribute minutes of the meetings
• Budget and exercise project financial responsibility
• Manage project document submittals
• Manage project deliverables schedule
• Organize and coordinate freight from factory
• Organize and coordinate installation and oversee all site activity
• Organize and coordinate site deliverables
• Organize site wiring and crane commissioning
• Manage customer change orders
• Support SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)
• Prepare project post‑mortem reporting and lessons learned
• Responsible for SAP data entry and management related to the position
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong people skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to efficiently handle multiple concurrent tasks, solve problems, and resolve conflicts
• Advanced PC skills, including MS Project, MS Office, and other ERP systems
• Strong technical aptitude and desire to understand products and processes

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma from college, or PMP certification preferred
• Previous Project Management experience required
• Experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning (or similar construction experience) required
• Familiarity with transportation of heavy machinery, installation practices, rigging, site scheduling, and safety
• Prior experience with overhead (EOT) crane manufacturing is a plus
