Are you an experienced Laser Operator looking for a stable first-shift opportunity in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who can operate laser cutting equipment, perform machine setups, and ensure high-quality production while maximizing material efficiency.

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines according to production specifications.
• Retrieve and load programs, select proper gases, nozzles, and materials for each job.
• Perform machine start-up and shutdown procedures safely and efficiently.
• Monitor laser cutting operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
• Diagnose machining issues and implement corrective actions during production runs.
• Program and optimize nesting software to maximize material utilization and reduce waste.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.
• Operate within a Windows-based computer environment for machine programming and operation.
• Use precision measuring tools including tape measures, calipers, and hand tools.
• Operate overhead cranes safely to move materials and finished products.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating laser cutting equipment.
• Strong understanding of machine setup, troubleshooting, and production processes.
• Ability to read and use measuring devices accurately.
• Experience with nesting software and CNC/laser programming is a plus.
• Comfortable working with computers in a Windows-based environment.
• Ability to safely operate overhead cranes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to handle materials and operate equipment safely.
