Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, seeks a CNC Machining Team Lead in Springfield, OH. You will guide machinists across all levels, oversee daily production, and partner with engineering, quality, and management to meet safety and quality goals.
Responsibilities include setting up 3–5 axis CNC machines, verifying conformance with measurements, training machinists, and applying lean and 5S principles to improve the value stream. Strong G&M-code skills and leadership are required.
