Robotic Weld Cell Production Assistant
Support production operations in aluminum step robotic welding cell. Straighten aluminum components prior to welding. Load components into weld fixtures. Work alongside and receive direction from an experienced operator. Follow established work instructions and safety procedures. Maintain quality standards and assist with production flow.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Continuous handling of components typically weighing less than 5 lbs. Frequent lifting and movement of materials, with lifting requirements up to 50 lbs. Regular reaching, handling, balancing, stooping, and material movement. Good hand-eye coordination and ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment. Ability to take direction and communicate effectively. Steel Toe Shoes required.
