Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking a results-driven Lean/CI professional to lead change initiatives across office and shop floor. You will map value streams, run Kaizen events, and coach teams on 5S, Standard Work, and constraint management to reduce waste and improve quality.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3 years with a Master’s) and a degree in Engineering or Business Management;
Lean / Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
