• Take precise measurements and assemble parts according to detailed client specifications.
• Follow both verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Support the workflow on the production floor, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.

• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions reliably.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move comfortably around the production floor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

• Competitive starting pay: $18.21/hour on 1st shift and $18.71/hour on 2nd shift, with available overtime opportunities.
• Weekly paychecks ensuring consistent income.
