Assembly Line Worker – Production
$14.00/Hour | 1st Shift | Springfield, OH
Looking for a stable, full-time job with room to grow? Join our production team and start a hands-on manufacturing career! This is a great entry-level opportunity, especially for candidates transitioning from food service or retail into manufacturing.
Schedule- Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
- Mandatory overtime:
Every 4th Saturday
- Work on production lines including bottling, labeling, and capping
- Rotate between stations hourly for task variety
- Learn multiple production processes and equipment
- Follow quality and safety standards
- Ability to wear non-slip shoes
- Lift up to 40 lbs independently
- Production or assembly experience preferred—not required
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
