We are urgently hiring 2 Full-Time Weekend Warrior Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Springfield, Ohio. This is a key role as we work to eliminate agency staffing and build a strong, consistent in-house clinical team.

Active Ohio RN License (Required)
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team
Commitment to reliability and attendance (weekend coverage is essential)
