Location: Springfield, OH 45505
Position: RN for Family Practice (Part‑time, less than 30 hrs/week)
FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt – Hourly Position
Hours: Part‑time – less than 30 hours a week, availability required on Thursdays and Fridays.
Education & Licensure: Requires an Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school. Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
Certifications: CPR certification required; applicable life‑support training (PALS/ACLS) preferred.
Additional Requirements: Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record; ability to pass reasonable accommodations; no direct threat to safety.
Responsibilities: Coordinate patient‑centered care; assist physicians and nurse practitioners with clinical and care coordination aspects of medical care for all RHCHC patients.
Qualifications- Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in Ohio; CPR certification required.
- Preferred: PALS/ACLS training.
- Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to prepare reports and present information to managers, clients, and patients.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics, algebra, geometry, and ability to calculate figures such as discounts, percentages, etc.
- Problem‑solving and reasoning ability; interpret written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions.
- Knowledge of database software.
- Understanding of Federally Qualified Health Center mission and commitment to patient‑centered care.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of privacy policies; confidentiality of PHI.
Regular standing, walking, talking, hearing; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Visual requirements include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception; ability to adjust focus. Work environment involves regular interaction with patients and the general public, moderate noise, occasional exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, may require evenings and weekends and overtime if demand high.
