Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health PER DIEM, Springfield, OH
Pay: $49 - $54 per hour
Shift: Per‑Diem, Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., 6 a.m. – 6 p.m., or 6 p.m. – 6 a.m. on weekends and some weekday nights.
Position Summary:
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join an eating disorder treatment center located in Anderson, IN. In this role, you’ll work within a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care for adult clients with mental health conditions in a structured residential setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and as‑needed nursing assessments
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects or complications
- Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with psychiatric, clinical, and residential care staff
- Support crisis intervention and ensure patient safety
- Educate clients on medication and health‑related matters
Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferably in behavioral health, residential, or psychiatric care)
- BLS certification required
- Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team‑based care model
