• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents' health conditions
• Assist with developing and implementing care plans
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound and catheter care
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate residents and families on health management
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
• Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
