- Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, OH let you provide direct nursing care to patients in an acute care setting at the facility. You will assist with patient care under the direction of a registered nurse or physician, administer medications within your scope, and document care using electronic health record (EHR) systems. To qualify, you need a current Ohio LPN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, and a high school diploma or GED.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred but not required. Completion of a basic arrhythmia class is required for telemetry units. Recommended experience includes one year of clinical patient care in acute care, long-term care, or physician practice. EPIC EHR experience is preferred.
