The MDS Nurse, Resident Assessment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the completion of the Minimum Data Set Plus and Interdisciplinary Care Plan. The role also assists in maintaining quality documentation within the nursing department, quality measures, and case mix.

Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Ohio

One year experience in MDS and two years of long‑term care nursing experience required.
