Monday - Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm with rotating Saturdays.

• Perform mandatory blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other mandatory analyses.
• Record patient information accurately and enter data in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Deliver superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
• Travel to additional collection sites when schedule mandates.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.

• 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.

• Phlebotomy certification must come from an accredited agency.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
• Must pass a standardized color‑blindness test.

Pay Range: $17.75 – $25.00 per hour. All offers are based on skills, experience, and applicable certifications. Phlebotomists may qualify for a quarterly incentive plan (PST).
