Work ScheduleMonday - Friday 7:00am – 1:00pm with rotating Saturdays.
Job Responsibilities- Perform mandatory blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other mandatory analyses.
- Record patient information accurately and enter data in a timely manner.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Deliver superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Travel to additional collection sites when schedule mandates.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program.

- 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
- Phlebotomy certification must come from an accredited agency.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required.
- Must pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
Pay Range: $17.75 – $25.00 per hour. All offers are based on skills, experience, and applicable certifications. Phlebotomists may qualify for a quarterly incentive plan (PST).
