This role is for a Travel RN specializing in Oncology Services, providing compassionate care to cancer patients in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities- administering chemotherapy, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating with oncologists and specialists to support patient recovery.
- current Ohio RN or compact license
- graduation from an accredited nursing program
- at least 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience
- proficiency with EMR systems and infusion pumps.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) is recommended
- chemo certification is a plus
- strong clinical oncology skills
- adaptability
- effective communication.
- valid ACLS and BLS certifications
- references
- specific shift availability.
- deliver specialized oncology nursing care, collaborate with medical team, and utilize medical equipment effectively.
